Sparadise Protocols and Policies

  • Services are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Spa packages must be paid for before reservations or appointments can be confirmed.

  • Sparadise is not liable for theft, damage, loss, or misfortune to personal belongings during or after visits.

Are you planning to book a spa appointment?

We advise making your reservation well in advance to guarantee your desired time, day, and therapist, particularly during busy times like late afternoons and weekends (especially Saturdays). For more flexibility, consider scheduling during off-peak hours, typically in the mornings and mid-week, when it's easier to accommodate your preferences.

Modesty Considerations

We advise coming early for spa bookings to ensure a smooth experience for your services. Arriving early gives you plenty of time to change into the spa's provided attire and unwind.

It should be noted that there is no guarantee that services will be available for late arrivals. It might be necessary to reschedule planned services in such cases. We value your cooperation and understanding.

Spa Refreshments

We will provide our esteemed customers with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate for FREE. Champagne or wine will come at an additional cost.

Arrival Information

Your comfort is our priority, and being unclad in front of anyone at our spa is never required. We supply fresh robes and towels to guarantee constant covering. Our therapists are extensively trained to step out of the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table and keep you covered, exposing only the area being massaged. Additionally, they leave the room before you get up from the table, respecting your privacy throughout the session.

Are you Pregnant or Nursing a Medical Condition?

To ensure your safety, please provide any pertinent medical information when making an appointment. Some treatments may not be advisable based on your health condition. If you have any medical concerns, let your therapist or esthetician know before your treatment begins. If you wear contact lenses and are having a facial, kindly inform the therapist for a personalized and safe experience. Your well-being is our priority.

Food and Drink Intake?

It is best to avoid eating a large meal just an hour before a treatment to maximize your spa experience. Avoid drinking alcohol on the day of your treatment as well. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water both before and after your session. These procedures help make a spa visit more relaxing and productive.

Etiquette for Cell Phones?

Please switch off your cell phone and pager before entering the day spa to achieve a peaceful and stress-free experience. Your cooperation contributes to maintaining a serene environment for all spa guests.

Preferences and Communication?

Tailor your spa experience by expressing your preferences—whether it's conversation or silence, adjusting pressure, or asking questions. Our therapists appreciate your feedback. Inform your therapist of any concerns that you may have during your treatment, and if necessary, seek a resolution by speaking with a supervisor. We care about your satisfaction.

Gratuities?

Prices for services do not include gratuity. If satisfied, customary tips range from 15% to 20%. A box is available at the front desk, or you can include it with your credit card or personal check payment. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied, so if you are not, please let us know so we can address your concerns.

Rescheduling?

Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment rescheduling. If you would like to reschedule on the same day, please give us a call so we can manually determine the next time that works for you. Additionally, if you would like a different time and date, please let our receptionist know. She will respond to you and confirm your appointment if the requested time and date are available.

For our younger guests, children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. While certain treatments are available, children under the age of 18 require an adult to sign their initial consultation form. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Professional Conduct?

Our therapists are dedicated to enhancing your health, body, and psyche. In cases of inappropriate behaviour, therapists have the right to cease the treatment immediately, with payment and penalties applicable.
